• Security breaches resulting from Customer-side vulnerabilities

11.3

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuffUpNow, its principals, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including game developer Terms of Service
• Inaccurate information provided in connection with an Order
• Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Service under your account

13. Intellectual Property
