1. Introduction

Welcome to BuffUpNow, an independent third-party mobile game top-up service operated by Top Toy Cultural & Creative Singapore Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter “BuffUpNow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, products, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must discontinue use of BuffUpNow immediately.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or creating an account with BuffUpNow, you acknowledge that:

• You are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the active involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law. The parent or guardian must review these Terms and be responsible for any order they authorize.
• You have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
• You are legally authorized to make purchases and provide accurate payment information.

3. Service Description

BuffUpNow provides third-party top-up services for supported mobile games and digital products. Customers can place orders through the dedicated BuffUpNow order bot in Telegram, mini-apps integrated with Telegram or Discord, or the website at buffupnow.com. The fulfillment process and information required may vary by game and product. Unless expressly stated for a specific product and supported by the applicable arrangement, these Terms do not represent that every product is supplied directly by a game publisher or an authorized distributor.

All BuffUpNow top-up products use the Login Method. Depending on the selected game and product, fulfillment may require game account information as described on the relevant product page.

3.1 What We Provide

• A catalog of supported mobile games and purchasable items (referred to as “Products”).
• Online ordering and payment processing through the methods available at checkout.
• Processing of top-up orders according to the processing expectations and service conditions described in these Terms and on the relevant Product page.
• Customer support for order-related inquiries and issues.

3.2 What We Do NOT Provide

• Ownership of game accounts. You must own the account being topped up or have the account owner’s explicit authorization. Some Products require account information for Login Method fulfillment.
• Control over in-game mechanics, events, or pricing set by game developers.
• Access to banned, suspended, or region-restricted game accounts.
• Liability for changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of service by game publishers.

4. Eligibility & Account Registration

4.1 Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order independently. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the active involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law. The parent or guardian must review these Terms and be responsible for any order they authorize.

4.2 Account Security

If you create an account with BuffUpNow, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities conducted under your account.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

BuffUpNow is not liable for losses resulting from compromised account credentials.

4.3 Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or creating an account. Providing false information may result in order cancellation, service termination, or legal action.

5. Ordering Process & Product Delivery

5.1 Placing an Order

Customers can place and process orders through BuffUpNow’s dedicated order-processing Telegram Bot, a Mini App integrated into Telegram or Discord, or the Mini App available on buffupnow.com, where available. The Telegram Bot is configured to support order processing within the conversation between the customer and BuffUpNow.

To place an order, you must:

• Select a supported game and the desired Product from our catalog.
• Provide the account information required for the selected Product. Depending on the game, this may include your username, password, server or character details, and a two-factor authentication (2FA) code if required. Review the Product page before ordering.
• Complete payment using one of our accepted payment methods.

5.2 Order Confirmation

After payment is received or confirmed, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact channel provided at checkout. An order confirmation confirms receipt or recording of the order; it does not mean that the top-up has been completed.

5.3 Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Most BuffUpNow orders are processed within approximately 15 minutes.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer, with orders expected to be processed in less than 24 hours.

Processing times may vary depending on the selected game, order details, payment verification, account information provided, game server maintenance, and other service conditions. Any product-specific processing information shown on the relevant Product page should also be reviewed before ordering.

5.4 Delivery Confirmation

Where available, we may send a delivery confirmation after the top-up has been processed. Please check your game account and contact support promptly if the top-up has not been received or the order details appear incorrect. Please include your Order ID. Failure to contact us within 48 hours does not, by itself, establish that an order was fulfilled or waive any rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Pricing & Payment

6.1 Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. The final price, including any applicable taxes or fees disclosed before payment, will be shown before you complete the order. Prices for future orders may change without notice. The price confirmed for a successfully placed order will apply to that order, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

6.2 Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by region, currency, and order. Payment processing times depend on the relevant payment provider. An order may not begin processing until payment has been successfully received or verified.

6.3 Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize BuffUpNow to charge the total order amount, including any applicable taxes or fees. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6.4 Taxes & Fees

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax) depending on your jurisdiction. Any additional fees imposed by payment processors or financial institutions are your responsibility.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7.1 Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Issued

Subject to applicable law, refund requests may be approved only in the following scenarios:

• Non-delivery attributable to BuffUpNow: If we fail to deliver the Product within the applicable timeframe and cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued, subject to applicable law.
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a system error.
• Technical failure on our end: If a technical malfunction on our platform prevented the order from being processed.

7.2 Refund Process

To report an order issue or request a refund, contact BuffUpNow Support through Telegram or WhatsApp at @buffupnow within 7 days of the purchase date. You may also contact support@buffupnow.com. Include the following information so we can review your request:

• Order ID
• Detailed description of the issue
• Proof of non-delivery (screenshots, if applicable)

After we review the order and verify the issue, if the investigation confirms that the responsibility lies with BuffUpNow, we will arrange the approved refund within 14 business days. In typical cases, refunds are often arranged within approximately 2 business days, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider. The 7-day request window does not exclude any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

7.3 Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact support first if you believe an order or charge is incorrect, where practicable. Knowingly submitting a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute may result in action under these Terms. Nothing in this section limits your right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge through lawful channels.

Where supported by the circumstances and applicable law, fraudulent activity may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your BuffUpNow account.
• Blacklisting from future use of the Service.
• Legal action to recover costs and damages.

8. Customer Responsibilities

8.1 Accurate Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete game account details and the information required for the selected Product, which may include a username, password, server or character details, and a 2FA code if required. We may be unable to complete an order if information is missing or incorrect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BuffUpNow is not responsible for failed or misdirected top-ups caused by inaccurate information supplied by the Customer.

8.2 Account Ownership

You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the game account being topped up or have explicit authorization from the account owner. BuffUpNow does not support or facilitate account trading, boosting services, or unauthorized access to third-party accounts.

8.3 Compliance with Game Developer Terms

By using BuffUpNow, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service and End-User License Agreements (EULAs) of the respective game developers. BuffUpNow is not responsible if your account is penalized, suspended, or banned by the game publisher for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of the game’s ToS.
• Use of third-party services deemed unauthorized by the game developer.
• Regional restrictions or geo-blocking policies.

9. Data Privacy & Security

9.1 Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information. Please review it before placing an order, especially because Login Method fulfillment may require game account information.

9.2 Data Security

We use the security measures described in our Privacy Policy and implemented in our systems to help protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We do not promise that any system is risk-free. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information required for order fulfillment is handled.

9.3 Game Account Credentials

BuffUpNow uses a Login Method to fulfill top-up orders. Depending on the selected game and Product, you may be required to provide a username, password, a 2FA code if required, and other relevant game account details. Orders can be placed through the dedicated BuffUpNow order bot in Telegram, through a mini-app integrated with Telegram or Discord, or through the website at buffupnow.com. The exact information required depends on the selected game and Product.

According to BuffUpNow’s order-processing procedure, game account login information submitted for an order is automatically deleted from the order-processing system immediately after that order has been completed. This statement describes deletion from the order-processing system and does not imply that copies may not exist in backups, logs, or other systems unless those systems are also covered by the applicable deletion process. Please do not submit account recovery information that is not required for the selected order. BuffUpNow handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using BuffUpNow services for:

• Purchasing top-ups for accounts you do not own or have no authorization to access
• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud
• Reselling top-up services without written authorization from BuffUpNow
• Submitting false payment disputes or fraudulent chargebacks
• Any activity in violation of applicable local, national, or international law
• Circumventing restrictions imposed by game developers on your account

Violation of any prohibited use clause may result in immediate service termination, account blacklisting, and legal action where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuffUpNow’s total liability for a claim arising out of or related to a specific Order shall not exceed the amount paid for that Order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11.2 Matters Outside Our Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BuffUpNow is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of game account access, items, or in-game progress resulting from actions by the game developer
• Account suspension or banning imposed by a game developer, except to the extent caused by BuffUpNow’s breach of these Terms or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or force majeure events
• Security incidents caused by vulnerabilities in the Customer’s own devices, account settings, or network, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded

11.3

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms removes any express product warranty stated on the relevant Product page or any statutory guarantee or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuffUpNow, its principals, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including game developer Terms of Service
• Inaccurate information provided in connection with an Order
• Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Service under your account

13. Intellectual Property

Content, branding, service marks, and materials created for BuffUpNow are owned by BuffUpNow or the relevant rights holder, as applicable. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited except as permitted by law or with the rights holder’s permission.

Game titles, logos, and trademarks referenced in our Product Catalog belong to their respective developers and publishers. Their use is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

14. Modifications to Service & Terms

• 14.1 — We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service for operational, security, legal, or business reasons. Where practicable and required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.
• 14.2 — We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date and, where applicable, an effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date, subject to applicable law.
• 14.3 — Please review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to a revised version, discontinue use of the Service and do not place further orders.

15. Force Majeure

BuffUpNow is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, platform outages, internet disruptions, or payment network failures, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not remove any refund obligations or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BuffUpNow regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
